Lets Talk About...Being a Spirit Messenger

Guest Renata Adair joins "Lets Talk About It" Monday December 17 2007 on thatradio.com.
I was born in Kentucky and raised in California, and my own life experiences have contributed to who I am today: a spirit messenger, Spiritual counselor, Motivational Speaker and Writer and radio host. My desire is to continue to inspire others with messages of hope through my sessions, personal writings, workshops and lectures which tell of my varied and often difficult past life experiences.Due to the abuse I experienced and witnessed on many levels, I was taken away from my family at the age of twelve. I then became a ward of the state of California and grew up in a state run girl’s home in Los Angels from the ages of 12-18.For the past thirteen years, my spiritual journey has steadfastly led me to a place of healing and peace as a result of sharing my life’s story with hundreds of others who have also endured what often seem to be impossible life circumstances. I have been communicating with the other side since the age of 3. The spiritual world was not something my family understood. This was a confusing time for me because while what I was hearing and seeing was very real, I learned early on that my ability was not something everyone shared within my family. I began internalizing what I saw, heard or felt for fear of ridicule. It was not until my third near death experience, that I began to realize that what I thought was my biggest curse in life was my greatest gift. During four years of physical, emotional and mental recovery my abilities that I had kept hidden emerged again, in full force. After thirty years of hiding I was finally able to walk through my fear and talk about my experiences. I realized that while I was healing on the physical level, emotional healing was needed as well. I had to go back and review my life. This was a very painful process. However, little did I know that in my going back, it would allow me to find that which I had been searching for… Peace. It was during my continued healing process my beloved brother took his own life. I was extremely close to this brother. After his passing I fell into a deep depression. One night months after his passing I had a visit from him.During his visit, he told me that it was now time for me to begin using my abilities to help others. His visit transformed my life forever. I began to offer my assistance to others who were suffering from the passing of a loved one, along with others who were dealing with depression, suicide attempts or they had experienced some of the things I had. During the years of my recovery process, the divinely written and inspired self-empowerment and realization program was born, “Straight to the Core, Reconnecting the Heart.” I soon realized that the whole Straight to the Core process was the one I had been lovingly guided through in my recovery. The Straight to the Core program is a culmination of years of work along with personal experiences that I have had which has enabled me to continue to develop the program that assists on a deep personal level . The course helps each person individually get to the “core” issues that have shaped their beliefs and values, bringing to the surface an awareness of hidden issues. Straight to the Core has helped my clients in releasing, reshaping, and healing those issues, allowing each one to discover their divine light and birth right. Then, they can create the abundant, and truly experience the prosperous life that all of us are intended to live on all levels. The Gathering Space, my latest endeavor, aims to reach out to those who feel they have no voice and then to give them one while carving out a path that allows forward movement toward reclaiming the human spirit and overcoming obstacles that each of us face during our lives journey.

Lets Talk About...bullies in the classroom...called Teachers
Monday December 3 2007, Join us @ Lets Talk About It with Guest Michele Paiva as we talk about her contervisorial self help guide called "Pocket Guide for the Educational Adovacate"
Lets Talk About It begins at 8 pm EST ( Eastern Standard Time) on www.thatradio.com
Michele Paiva, longtime investigative journalist both on the air in broadcast news and in print – with national and international experience, tells us, after her work and outreach as a national legal advocate, how to protect yourself in any federally funded program.
Paiva, with over 20 years media work, has seen many sides of injustice; and more often than not, the victims could have saved themselves from physical, emotional, financial or character damage by simply following a few guidelines.
Paiva not only advocated for victims across the United States from small technical schools to Ivy League, but also personally, for her own children in a public district school system. She understands the game from the school view, the legal view and the parent view, and from watching her own children and acquaintances children who were victims of discrimination, labeling, violence, and more. She knew that the problem was widespread and nothing existed for the parent or older student to equip themselves with empowerment, so she decided to begin compiling this book in 2003.
Paiva lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, and has been a writer for over 25 years. She entered, [on a dare!], an International pageant and won the title of Mrs. Pennsylvania 2002, in which her platform was the Prevention of Domestic Violence. Paiva is also a Yoga Therapist and has worked with clients in recovery from violence, abuse and injustice. She lives in the suburbs with a very spoiled Chihuahua.

Monday November 19 2007-Author Jim Melvin

Join us at www. thatradio.com "LetsTalk About It" with Host Tilly Rivers
Monday November 19 2007 starting at 8 PM EST as we talk with the author of "The Death Wizard Chronicles"a six-book epic fantasy series by Jim Melvin. This fantasy series has been reviewed as the "Harry Potter Series" for adults by the Tampa Bay Tribune!
The Death Wizard Chronicles, crackles with excitement. In a groundbreaking paradox, the Death Wizard, a champion of good, derives his power from a source traditionally seen as negative — death.
His nemesis, an evil sorcerer, derives his power from the sun, the benevolent source of all life. Their struggle to control the fate of the planet Triken will take your breath away.
In a truly original twist never before seen in this genre, the Death Wizard is able to enter the realm of death during a “temporary suicide.” Through intense concentration, he stops his heartbeat briefly and feeds on death energy, which provides him with a dazzling array of magical powers. The series also is a love triangle involving two desperate characters attempting to come together despite the machinations of an all-powerful psychopath with incestuous cravings. Graphic and action-packed, spanning a millennium of turmoil, The Death Wizard Chronicles carries readers on a journey they will never forget.
Book 1, entitled The Pit, opens with Torg, the Death Wizard, imprisoned in a horrifying pit bored into the solid rock of a frozen mountain. His captor is Invictus, the depraved psychopath whose power threatens to engulf the land in eternal darkness. Torg spends 22 days in agony before making his dramatic escape and setting off on a series of adventures that will change the future of his world.

Lets Talk About It- Host Tilly Rivers
November 2007
Born in rural Canada the youngest of a family of six, Tilly Rivers began her journey of challenging the status quo, pushing the limits of society and her peers at a very young age.
A pure thrill seeker, Rivers lives life to its fullest whether it is sky diving, horseback riding or dancing the night away!
A pure thrill seeker, Rivers lives life to its fullest whether it is sky diving, horseback riding or dancing the night away!
As an internationally renowned author and poet-- Tilly Rivers is a muti-award winner for her Poetry and Erotica prose --a recipient of the American Writers--Writer of the Year award three years in a row.
Her erotica prose has sold hundreds of thousands of copies and she is hailed as one of the best in the industry, while at the opposite end of the scale, her poetry has won hundreds of awards. Her ability to capture her readers, be it a fantasy or the raw feelings of her poetry has been publicly recognized as the best in the world.
Rivers has been featured in both traditional print and online articles and media outlets world wide--her celebrity status as author has gained her international attention. Yet her humble attitude and down-to-earth approach is just one of many of the reasons she is so popular.
Rivers opened the doors to her own publishing house, much to the disappointment of the USAbased publisher in whom she was published— and in the past four plus years Rivers, CEO of Rain Publishing, and now Rain Enterprises Inc. has lead the organization to great success as a mid sized independent publishing great.
In 2007, under Tilly’s leadership, the Rain organization has grown to include Rain Books, Rain Publishing, Rain Products and Rain Productions. Each company is ran independently under the Rain Enterprises Inc. banner.
Her career spanning the entertainment and business sectors, daring nature to try things a bit differently from the main stream, and zest for life will create a passionate platform for “Lets Talk About It”
